Terms & Conditions for Rootine: Habit & Identity Builder

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Rootine: Habit & Identity Builder ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Application.
1. Grant of License
Pro Coders Mobile Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, decrypt, disassemble, or derive source code from the Application, except to the extent permitted by applicable open-source licenses or law.
- Distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or rent the Application or any part thereof to any third party without express written permission.
- Use the Application in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively impact other users, networks, or servers.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass any technological measure or license verification mechanism implemented by Pro Coders Mobile Studio or Google Play.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Application, including its user interface, graphics, audio, code, algorithms, and documentation, contains proprietary content owned by Pro Coders Mobile Studio and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trials & In-App Billing
Certain features of the Application (including unlimited voice dictation, smart routine scheduling, and interactive widgets) may require an active paid subscription ("Taskie PRO") purchased through Google Play In-App Billing.
- Free Trial: New subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial concludes, you will be billed for your selected subscription plan.
- Billing & Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each recurring period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled in Google Play at least 24 hours prior to renewal. Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Google Play Store (Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled in strict compliance with Google Play Developer Policies. Purchases made within 48 hours may be refunded directly through Google Play Order History.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the functions will meet your requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pro Coders Mobile Studio or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Application.
6. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the Application from your devices. We may terminate your rights without notice if you fail to comply with any provision.
