Data Scope & Retention Standards

As required by Google Play Console Developer Policies, GDPR Article 17 ("Right to be Forgotten"), and CCPA:

Data Types Permanently Deleted

Google User Account identifiers (UID, registered email, profile display name).
All daily routines, scheduled timeline tasks, categories, and custom habit entries.
Task completion history, durations, timestamps, and streak analytics.
Any temporary voice assistant state and conversational context cache.
Cloud Firestore backup documents and security records associated with the user UID.

Data Types Retained & Legal Grounds

Developer Retention: Zero personal routine or identity data is retained by Pro Coders Mobile Studio following confirmed deletion.
Google Play In-App Purchase Records: Purchase transaction IDs, order numbers, and tax invoices are retained independently by Google LLC / Google Play to comply with applicable tax, anti-fraud, and financial reporting laws.
Local Device Cache: When deleting via web request, users should also clear app data or uninstall the app to erase local on-device SQLite / Shared Preferences cache.

Important Note for Paid Subscribers

Deleting your app data or deleting your in-app account does NOT automatically cancel recurring subscriptions managed by Google Play. If you have an active Taskie PRO subscription, please ensure you cancel it in your Google Play Store account (Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions) or visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions prior to deleting your account.
